装备制造产业集群环境下高职生的就业期望研究

摘　　要：二元经济转型带来的产业升级和长株潭地区以装备制造业为支柱的产业集群,给高职教育的发展和高职生的就业,带来了前所未有的机遇。文章通过对高职院校在校生就业期望的调查研究,分析了长株潭地区高职生对就业前景的期望与现实状况的差异,并提出了促进高职生就业和进一步发展高职教育的建议。Industrial upgrading promoted by the transformation of dual economy,and equipment manufacture industrial cluster,bring opportunity to higher vocational education.On the base of researching the employment expectation of the higher vocational students in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area,and Analyzing the difference between expectation and reality,this paper offers advice to promote employment of higher vocational students and developments of professional education.
