复方胶原蛋白海绵在下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后应用效果的研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方胶原蛋白海绵(collagen sponge)预防下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后并发症的临床效果。方法把500例患者随机分为实验组与对照组各250例,常规方法拔除磨牙后,实验组拔牙窝内放置复方胶原蛋白海绵,对照组牙窝内不放任何药物。术后7 d复诊和观察并发症发生率。结果实验组与对照组在术后出血、张口受限方面比较(P<0.05),局部疼痛、肿胀及干槽症中比较(P<0.01),均有统计学意义。结论应用复方胶原蛋白海绵预防下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除后并发症的发生是有效的。Objective To Study the Clinical effect of compound collagen sponge in the prevention of postoperative complication after mandibular third molar extraction.Methods The 500 cases were randomly divided into two groups,250 cases in each group.After third molar extraction with conventional treatment methods,the experimental group were placed in tooth extraction sockets with compound collagen sponge,and the control group weren＇t given any medicine in the tooth sockets.Return consultation and observe complication rate after 7 days treatment.Results There were statistical significant differences between two groups in postoperative hemorrhage,restriction of mouth opening（P〈0.05）.The differences were significant in local pain,swelling and dry socket（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Compound collagen sponge was effective in preventing postoperative complication after mandibular third molar extraction.
