摘　　要：在阐述产业技术创新战略联盟内涵和特点的基础上,研究产业技术创新战略联盟中竞争情报的特点和开展竞争情报协作与共享的必要性,提出竞争情报协作的集中式模式,并以美国半导体制造技术研究联合体为例,分析联盟中竞争情报协作的实践经验。Based on the expounding of the connotation and characteristics of the Strategic Alliance for Industrial Technology Innovation, this paper studies the characteristics of competitive intelligence in the Strategic Alliance for Industrial Technology Innovation and the necessity of developing competitive intelligence collaboration and sha- ring. The paper proposes a centralized model of competitive intelligence collaboration, and takes the US Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology Research Consortium for example to analyze the practical experience of competitive intelligence collaboration in the Alliance.
