摘　　要：阐述了国防科研机构在信息资源建设策略和实现方法上区别于其他图书馆、公共图书馆的需求特点,提出资源专业结构优化策略、资源载体选取策略、资源获取方式策略和内部资源建设策略这4个主要策略,最后以中国工程物理研究院为实例进行了资源建设的策略应用研究。This paper expatiates on the requirement characteristics of the defense scientific research institutes that are different from the other libraries and public libraries in information resources construction strategies and in implementation methods. The paper proposes 4 major strategies, that is, strategy for optimizing special structure of resources, strategy for selecting resources carriers, strategy for acquiring resources, and strategy for constructing internal resources. Finally, the paper takes the China Academy of Engineering Physics for example to make an application study of strategies for resources construction.
