摘　　要：道家研究史上留有许多疑问,大量出土道家文献为学界解决这些疑问提供了新的材料,也激起了学界对相关疑问的再次追问与探究。从文献学的角度看,出土道家文献可以帮助鉴别传世道家文献的真伪,确立其时代坐标,甚至恢复《鹖冠子》、《文子》等道家文献的真实历史身份;从思想史研究的角度看,出土道家文献拓宽了研究者的学术视野,对解决诸如道家(尤其是老、庄)的思想资源、早期道儒关系、道家的宇宙生成论等重要问题不无启发。There are many questions in the Taoism research history.A great deal of unearthed literature on Taoism provide the new material for solving them and aroused the scholars to research the related questions once again. From the point of view of philology,the unearthed Taoism literature may help identify the veracity of Taoist literature handed down from ancient times, establish its era coordinates, and even restore its real historical iden- tity. From the point of view of the research of intellectual history, the unearthed Taoism literature has expanded researcher＇s academic vision, which provided the inspiration for the scholars to solve a number of important questions such as the Taoism＇s thought resources, the relationship between Confucianism and Taoism, Taoism＇s cosmology and so on.
