摘　　要：随着信息化的深入发展,信息化项目监理已得到越来越多的重视,而软件工程监理是其中一项重要的工作内容本文对软件工程监理工作中的要点按照监理工作中的项目招标、需求分析与管理、监理测试、系统试运行和系统初验等几个重要活动进行了讨论,对信息化项目监理工作中的实践经验进行总结和分享。With the further development of information technology, more and more attention has been put on informatization supervision, of which software engineering supervision is an important part. According to the supervision process, the paper proposes main points in the software engineering supervision including activities such as tender, requirement analysis and management, trial operation and preliminary system acceptance. Experiences of informatization project supervision are summarized and shared in this paper.
