急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者201例早期预后分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血(ANVUGIB)患者初入院时的病情严重程度及预后特点。方法急诊住院的ANVUGIB患者201例,采用Rockall和Blatchford评分法等进行早期预后分析。结果 201例患者急诊入院时病情轻、中、重度比率分别为18.4%、49.3%和32.3%,Rockall和Blatchford评分中高危患者比例分别高达83.1%和83.6%。男女间病情严重程度差异无统计学意义。结论急诊入院的ANVUGIB患者80%以上病情属中高危或中重度,有效地早期预后分析,及时制定相应措施,可提高抢救成功率、降低死亡率、优化费效比。Objective To study the prognosis characteristics of acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding（ANVUGIB）in its early stage.Methods 201 inpatients with ANVUGIB who were emergently received by our hospital from January 1,2005 to October 31,2009 were analyzed with Rockall and Blatchford assessment systems.Results The proportions of patients with light,mediate or serious degrees assessed in Rockall and Blatchford assessment systems were 18.4%,49.3%,32.3% respectively.83.1% and 83.6% which were associated with bad prognosis.The bleeding severity between male and female has no statistical significance.Conclusions More than 80% of the Patients who were admitted emergently belonged to a result of bad prognosis.
