摘　　要：企业关于某个项目的投资与否,轻则影响企业的经营效益,重则关乎企业的兴衰存亡。本文基于博弈论的视角,分析了基础产业的行业特点,并根据市场情况,以单个博弈主体和多个博弈主体为前提分别对本钢实业发展有限责任公司关于镁粉项目的投资决策进行分析,分析结果表明,两种情况都可以进行投资。Business investment in a project not only affects the economical benefit, but also connects the survival and disappearance of a company. Based on game theory, this article analyzes the characteristics of basic industry and then magnesium investment decision of Benxi Iron and Steel Development Corporation by single game subject and more game subject. The results show that investment is feasible whenever in either case.
