摘　　要：近几年,随着高校办学规模不断扩大,生源平均素质有所下降,学生重修现象突出,高校学籍异动生人数的不断增加,给高校教学管理等诸多方面带来了很大压力。文章分析了学籍异动造成的不良影响和成因,并据此提出了相应建议和对策。In recent years,with the expanding of university scales,the average quality of students has been declining.The phenomenon of examination rehabilitation is very severe.The number of students whose roll have transacted in university has been increasing,which has brought great pressure to many aspects of the management and teaching.This paper analyzes the adverse impact of enrollment transactions and causes,and puts forward the corresponding recommendations and countermeasures.
