摘　　要：本文从顶岗实习的特点出发,结合顶岗实习的管理实践,分析了顶岗实习管理期间如何保护学生合法权益问题,阐述了提高顶岗实习管理的建议及对策。This article starts from the characteristics of post practice,combining with the management practice,analyzes how to protect students＇ rights and interests during post practice period,and proposes the suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve the management of post practice.
