摘  要:采用盆栽试验研究了不同磷肥水平对砷污染土壤中油菜生长和吸收累积砷的影响。结果表明,在200 mg/kg砷污染土壤中,没有施入磷肥的情况下,油菜几乎不能生长,植株僵硬,趋于死亡,产量极低。当分别施入0.2 g/kg和0.4 g/kg磷肥后,油菜株高、生物量和产量等指标均显著提高,砷毒害作用显著降低。在P0.2和P0.4两个磷水平下,油菜根系砷含量较对照分别提高171%和111%;茎叶中砷含量较对照分别提高24.45%和13.0%;角果皮中砷含量较对照分别增加44.49%和345%。磷肥的施用,显著提高了砷在油菜各部位的含量。与P0.2处理相比,P0.4处理下油菜根系、茎叶中砷含量有降低趋势,但角果皮中砷含量显著增加。不同浓度磷肥的施用促进了砷由地下向地上部分转移,尤其是向角果皮中转移。随着土壤中磷浓度的增加,油菜籽粒中砷含量也逐渐增加,但均没有超过0.7mg/kg国家安全标准。A pot experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of different soil P concentrations on rape(Brassica napus) growth and As accumulation under soil As pollution stress.The results indicated that As was very toxic to rape and decreased rape height,biomass and yield significantly without P fertilizer application when soil As concentration was 200 mg/kg.However,rape height,biomass and yield increased significantly compared with the control,when soil P treatments were P0.2 and P0.4,respectively.The As concentration of rape root,shoot and rind increased by 171%,24.45%,44.49% and 111%,13.0%,345%,respectively when soil P treatments were P0.2 and P0.4.The application of P fertilizer enhanced As accumulation in rape tissue.Compared with P0.2,As concentration of rape tissue decreased except rind when the treatment was P0.4.P enhanced the transformation of As from rape root rind.The As concentration in oilseed increased with soil P concentration increased but did not exceeded the maximum permissible limit for food stuffs of 0.7 mg/kg.
