摘　　要："要我安全"是企业生产管理者对员工的要求,"我会安全"是现代安全管理的需要。虽然"要我安全"、"我要安全"和"我会安全"之间只是一字之差,但意义差别确很大。对实现安全生产有着十分重要的意义。＂Wanting me to be safe＂ is the requirements that manegers ask for employeers in enterprise production.Now,the idea that ＂I＇ll be safe＂ is the need of modern safe management.Although the difference of ＂wanting me to be safe＂,＂I want to be safe＂ and ＂I＇ll be safe＂ only lies in a single word,the meaning of them is very different.It has great significance in achieving safety production.
