膀胱移行细胞癌中VEGF表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial cell growth factor,VEGF)在膀胱移行细胞癌(tran-sitional cell carcinoma of bladder,BTCC)的表达及意义。方法:采用PV-6000二步法进行免疫组化染色,检测VEGF在63例BTCC、21例膀胱乳头状瘤和13例正常黏膜组织中的表达。结果:VEGF蛋白在BTCC中高表达,随临床分期的增高而表达增强,病理分级无显著相关。结论:VEGF与膀胱癌的发生、发展及预后密切相关。Objective：To evaluate the expression level and clinical significance of vascular endothelial cell growth factor（VEGF） in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder（BTCC）.Methods：The expression level of VEGF protein in 63 cases of BTCC,21 cases of papilloma of bladder and 13 cases of normal bladder mucosa were tested by the method of PV-6000 immunohistochemistry.Results： The positive expression rate of VEGF in BTCC tissues was higher than that in papilloma and normal tissues of bladder.The positive expression level was closely related to clinical stage of BTCC but was not significantly direct related to tumor cell nuclear grade.Conclusion： VEGF is closely associated with the carcinogenesis /development and prognosis of BTCC.
