磁性附着体在种植覆盖义齿中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:评价磁性附着体在种植覆盖义齿中的临床应用效果。方法:2000年8月至2010年3月,完成磁性附着体固位的种植覆盖义齿24例,共植入57颗种植体,其中颌骨缺损6例,植入15颗种植体;无牙颌18例,植入42颗种植体。随访6～98个月,对种植体和修复体进行临床检查和X线检查。结果:57颗种植体均达到良好的骨结合并且骨结合状态稳定;覆盖义齿固位良好,达到患者对义齿功能和美观的要求。结论:磁性附着体固位的种植覆盖义齿临床效果可靠,摘戴容易,便于清洁。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of implant-supported magnet-retained overdenture. Methods： From August 2000 to March 2010, 24 cases which were inserted 57 implants underwent implant-supported magnet-retained overdenture. These cases included 6 jaw bone defects which were inserted 15 implants and 18 edentulous jaws which were inserted 42 implants. The follow-up time was from 6 months to 98 months. Clinical and X-ray examination were conducted. Results： The 53 implants achieved successful and permanent Osseointegration. The overdentures were retentive, stable and functioned effectively. Patients were satisfied with the treatment. Conclusions： Implant-supported magnet-retained overdenture is a reliable method.
