膜引导骨再生技术应用于上前牙区美学种植23例临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨膜引导骨组织再生技术(MGBR,membrane guided bone regeneration)在上颌前牙区美学种植中的应用效果,为上颌前牙区骨缺损患者的美学种植提供临床参考。方法:2008.02～2010.02在我科行上前牙种植修复患者中,因骨缺损采用MGBR同期植入ITI种植体者16例,同期植入奥齿泰种植体者7例,术中严密缝合;4～6月后行二期手术暴露植体,更换愈合基台,1周后取模行烤瓷冠修复治疗。结果:术后6～24个月临床检查显示,全部23例种植体均显示出较好地骨结合,种植体稳定;3例ITI植体修复后6个月,出现少量唇侧牙龈退缩,种植体颈部光滑面暴露均值为0.4mm;1例奥齿泰植体修复后12个月因牙龈退缩致颈部金属暴露0.6mm。结论:对于上颌前牙区骨缺损患者,采用辅助膜引导骨组织再生技术进行种植修复,可以取得较好地临床短期疗效,远期疗效仍有待于进一步临床观察。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of membrane guided bone regeneration （MGBR） in upper anterior implant cases.Methods： MBGR were used for repairing and augmentation of the resorbed alveolar ridge around endosseous implants in 23 patients during the past two years,16 cases of which were inserted with ITI dental implants and 7 cases with OSSTEM dental implants.After 4 to 6 months,stage Ⅱ surgeries for replacing the healing abutment and the following restorations were given for all 23 cases.Results： Clinical examination was shown that all 23 implants had ideal osseointegration at the minimum 6 months and the maximum 24 months post-operative.Slight labial gingival recession was founded in 3 cases with ITI implants and 1 case with OSSTEM implant.Conclusion： MGBR technique was effective for the patients with the resorbed alveolar ridge in upper anterior region restored by implant restorations.
