微钛钉支抗负载前后周围液体中IL-8及sICAM-1水平的研究

摘  要:目的:研究微钛钉支抗负载前后松动组与稳定组周围液体中细胞因子含量的变化,分析影响其稳定性的因素。方法:将20例接受微钛钉支抗治疗患者的40枚支抗种植钉按负载后的临床稳定性分为稳定组和松动组,取其负载前,负载1、2、3个月后周围液体,称重,用ELISA方法检测其中IL-8、sICAM-1含量的变化,SPSS17.0对所得数据进行分析。结果:微钛钉支抗负载后周围液体量、IL-8、sICAM-1表达量在种植支抗松动组明显升高(P<0.05);在负载相同的力后,随着负载时间的延长,支抗周围液体、IL-8及sICAM-1表达量在松动组明显高于稳定组(P<0.05)。结论:种植支抗松动组周围液体量及IL-8、sICAM-1水平的升高可能与其周围组织炎症的加剧有关,微钛钉支抗周围IL-8及sICAM-1的水平可较好的反应其稳定性。Objective:To investigate the change of IL-8 and sICAM-1 in the fluid around micro-implant anchorage when applying orthodontic force,analyze the factors affecting implant anchorage's stability.Methods:The 40 implant anchorage were Divided into stable and unstable group by the situation after loading orthodontic force.The fluid was collected before and 1、2、3months after orthodontic force around implant anchorage.IL-8 and sICAM-1 levels were analyzed using ELISA,and data analysis was performed using the software package SPSS17.0.Results:Significant difference(P〈0.05) was shown in the indexes between the two groups.And also found in unstable implant anchorage during different loading time.Conclusion:The increase of the fluid around implant anchorage、IL-8 and sICAM-1 level in unstable implant anchorage group may be correlated with inflammation's intensification,the level of IL-8 and sICAM-1 can reflect the stability of implant anchorage effectively.
