生物羊膜联合自体角膜缘上皮干细胞移植在难治性翼状胬肉中的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨生物羊膜联合自体角膜缘上皮干细胞移植术在治疗难治性翼状胬肉中的疗效。方法对31例(31只眼)难治性翼状胬肉患者实施了生物羊膜联合自体角膜缘上皮干细胞移植术,术后随访3～8个月。结果植片无排斥反应发生,术后2周左右溶解吸收,角巩膜创面修复好、光滑。无1例复发。结论生物羊膜联合自体角膜缘上皮干细胞移植术对难治性翼状胬肉是一个简易、安全、有效的手术方式。Objective To discuss the effects of biological amnion with limbal epithelial autograft for patients with refractor pterygium.Methods 31 cases（31 eyes） of complicated pterygium were performed.Trangspiangation of biological amnion with limbal autografts.The follow-up is over 3 to 8 months.Results No immunological rejection and complications occurred in donor limbal sclerotic areas All the grafts absorbed about two weeks after operation.No recurreneces occurred.Conclusion Transplatation of biological amnion with limbal epithelial autograft is a effective,safe,and simple operative method for refractor pteryhium.
