实训教学中高职学生职业素质培养策略探析

摘　　要：针对高职学生在实训中普遍存在的职业兴趣缺乏、职业道德缺失、职业习惯不良等问题,提出通过加强师生相互理解以培养学生的职业兴趣,重视学生吃苦耐劳良好习惯的养成,同时强调理论与实践并重以培养其职业道德等,使学生达到实训教学中的职业素质要求,促进高职院校的实训教学和人才培养工作.Vocational college students are found to lack career interest,work ethics and good career habit in practical training.The paper proposes to strengthen mutual understanding between teachers and students so as to cultivate their interest and good habit.Besides,it puts forward the combination of theory learning and practical training so as to cultivate their work ethics and make them keep up with the requirement for professional quality in practical training for the promotion of the teaching of practical training and talent training in vocational colleges.
