摘　　要：本文结合项目管理理论,在深入研究与解剖电大开放教育招生的项目属性基础上,参照根据项目管理过程,提出各个阶段的管理内容、要求与方法,以安阳电大为例,对开放教育项目管理的实践性进行了说明与论证。研究结果表明,项目管理理论与方法对开放教育招生的发展与提高具有十分有效的指导作用。This paper establishes the management process mode open education project of based on the thorough research and the anatomy of the education project,referres the project management process,and puts forward some management methods of each stage.In the end,the author takes An yang Radio TV University as an example to illustrate the significance of open education project management.The research results showes that the project management theory and method of open education have a very efficient guidance during the course of development and improvement.
