叶绿素铜钠盐的制备研究

摘　　要：以甘蔗糖厂滤泥中提取的叶绿素为原料,探索了叶绿素铜钠盐的制备条件,结果表明,叶绿素铜钠盐在50℃下皂化60 min;在pH值为4的酸性条件下铜代60 min效果较好,对制得的叶绿素铜钠盐按GB3262-82进行各项检测,均符合国标要求。The filter mud from sugarcane mill was used as the raw material.The preparative condition for sodium copper chlorophyllin was studied.The results showed that the best saponification effect could be obtained by treated at 50℃ for 60 min,and the copper exchanged reaction was carried out in pH 4 buffer for 60 min.The obtained sodium copper chlorophyllin was up to par after evaluated according to GB3262-82.
