摘  要:针对农产品中的农药残毒状况,设计一种基于酶抑制法的运用先进检测技术的农产品农药残毒自动检测系统。该系统以单片机控制器为核心,硬件包括LED显示器、比色池、硅光电池和数据采集器等部分,利用USB接口将温度、吸光度以及抑制率等信号上传给上位PC机,在基于LabVIEW的软件平台上对其进行分析处理。该系统可对多种样品同时检测,测量准确度高,精密度好,方便快速,适合于各种实际应用场合,具有广泛的应用前景。试验证明,该系统稳定性好,数据传输可靠性高,实现了农残数据的采集、存储和分析等功能。An automatic detection system based on the advanced detection technique of enzyme inhibition was designed aiming at the pesticide residue in agricultural products.Using single-chip microcomputer as the core,this system contained hardwires including LED,cuvettes to store the liquid,silicon photovoltaic cells and a data acquisition module.It could acquire and store temperature,light absorbency and the inhibition rate,and could communicate with PC using USB interface.The virtual instrument software system was based on LabVIEW.Several samples could be analyzed simultaneously.The method was convenient and fast with a good accuracy and precision.The system was suitable for monitoring residues of organophosphate and carbanate insecticides in various samples.Experimental result indicated that it was reliable and suitable.It could acquire,store,perform and analyze the data of pesticide residue.
