摘  要:以北疆原油为原料油,以柠檬酸为脱金属剂,研究了微波参数对原油脱金属效果的影响及三种不同分离工艺对金属脱除率的影响。结果表明,在实验考察范围内,金属脱除率随微波辐射时间延长而提高,随着辐射功率的增大金属脱除率先升高后降低;分离工艺的分离效果取决于脱金属剂与金属反应产物的类型,微波脱金属与常规脱金属相比,金属脱除率可提高11%~20%。With Beijiang Crude as crude oil and citric acid as demetallization agent,the impacts of microwave parameters on the removal of metal from crude oil and the impacts of three different separation processes on metal removal rate were investigated.Under the experimental conditions,the results showed that the metal removal rate increased with increasing of microwave irradiation time,and the metal removal rate first went up and then fell down with increased radiation power.The separation efficiencies of different separation processes depended on the types of demetallization agents and products produced in the reaction.The metal removal rate of microwave demetallization is 11~20% higher as compared with that of conventional demetallization process.
