护士工作压力源及与应对方式相关性分析

摘　　要：探讨护士工作压力源及与应对方式的关系。方法：选取青岛市两所综合性三级甲等医院293名在职临床护士，采用护士工作压力源量表及特质应对方式问卷进行调查。结果：工作压力与护士的年龄、年资、受教育程度、婚姻状况、家庭状况及运动情况等存在相关性（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；护士的应对方式与工作压力源的护理专业及工作、工作量及时间分配、患者护理、管理及人际关系方面存在相关性（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：临床护士均存在不同程度的工作压力，以工作5—15年、高学历的中年护士压力为最大，运动及积极的应对方式能够减轻工作压力。Objective ： To discuss the relationship between the job stressors of nurses and its coping style. Methods ： 293 in - service clinical nurses of 2 comprehensive grade A of level III hospitals in Qingdao city were selected as the object of study, the Chinese Nurse Stress Scale （ CNSS ） and the Trait Coping Style Questionnaire { TCSQ） were used to make an investigation. Results： The correlation was found between the working pressure and nurse＇s age, seniority, educational level, marital status, family status and exercise （P 〈0. 05 ,P 〈0.01） ; there was also a correlation between the coping style and the specialty related to job stressors, workload, time allocation, patient~ care and management and interpersonal aspects （ P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Con- clusion： The clinical nurses have varying degrees of working pressure, especially in the highly educated middle - aged nurses who have worked for 5 to 15 years. The exercise and active coping style can reduce the working pressure.
