摘 要:探讨护士工作压力源及与应对方式的关系。方法:选取青岛市两所综合性三级甲等医院293名在职临床护士,采用护士工作压力源量表及特质应对方式问卷进行调查。结果:工作压力与护士的年龄、年资、受教育程度、婚姻状况、家庭状况及运动情况等存在相关性(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);护士的应对方式与工作压力源的护理专业及工作、工作量及时间分配、患者护理、管理及人际关系方面存在相关性(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论:临床护士均存在不同程度的工作压力,以工作5—15年、高学历的中年护士压力为最大,运动及积极的应对方式能够减轻工作压力。Objective : To discuss the relationship between the job stressors of nurses and its coping style. Methods : 293 in - service clinical nurses of 2 comprehensive grade A of level III hospitals in Qingdao city were selected as the object of study, the Chinese Nurse Stress Scale ( CNSS ) and the Trait Coping Style Questionnaire { TCSQ) were used to make an investigation. Results: The correlation was found between the working pressure and nurse's age, seniority, educational level, marital status, family status and exercise (P 〈0. 05 ,P 〈0.01) ; there was also a correlation between the coping style and the specialty related to job stressors, workload, time allocation, patient~ care and management and interpersonal aspects ( P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Con- clusion: The clinical nurses have varying degrees of working pressure, especially in the highly educated middle - aged nurses who have worked for 5 to 15 years. The exercise and active coping style can reduce the working pressure.
