摘　　要：通过地坑模式的设计、机械结构的创新以及控制系统的改进,研究设计了JPS-16播种机试验台。电气控制系统以PLC为核心,采用变频调速的方式控制各种试验转速;检测系统基于计算机视觉和传感器融合技术,可进行各种大中小型播种机及机械式、气力式排种器播种情况的实时工况模拟,并可对其精播、穴播与条播性能进行试验和检定。Through pit pattern design,mechanical structure of innovation,and improvement of control systems,we studied and designed the JPS-16 seeder test-bed.Electrical control system made PLC as the core,adopted various test speeds,by means of frequency conversion control,detection system based on computer vision and sensor fusion technology,it can be sown in real-time simulation of each kind of seeder and mechanical,the physical strength type seeding mechanism,and can be completed on its accurate seeding,bunch seeding and drilling performance testing and verification.
