摘  要:应用旋转流变仪和凝胶时间测定仪研究了不同功能添加剂对不饱和聚酯(UP)包覆层料浆的黏度和凝胶时间的影响。结果表明,粉状填料可提高UP包覆层料浆的黏度,层状硅酸盐(MMT)对包覆层料浆黏度影响最大,Sb2O3的影响最小;芳纶纤维(PPTA)和碳纤维(CF)均能显著影响UP包覆层料浆的黏度,当PPTA和2 mmCF的质量分数分别为1%和6%时,UP料浆的流变性较差,无法进行浇注包覆;弹性体树脂(FUP)和丁腈橡胶(CT-BN)增韧剂可提高UP包覆层料浆的黏度,磷酸二氯乙酯(P1)增塑剂可降低体系的黏度。PPTA和FUP能显著缩短凝胶时间,促进UP树脂聚合,MMT和CF可延长凝胶时间,对UP有一定的阻聚作用,Sb2O3、ZnO、Al(OH)3、CTBN和P1对树脂凝胶时间的影响不明显。The effects of various functional additives on the viscosity and gel time of unsaturated polyester(UP)in hibitor slurry were studied by a rheometer and a gel time detector. The results indicated that the viscosities of the slurry were increased by addition of the powder fillers,among which montmorillonite(MMT) showed the greatest effect on the viscosity,SbzOa had the slightest effect;aromatic polyamide(PPTA) and carbon fiber(CF) could signif- icantly increase the viscosities of the UP slurry either. It is difficult for the slurry to level off and cast in mould when the mass fraction of PPTA and CF approached to 1G and 6G. Intensifiers such as flexible unsaturated polyster (FUP) and carboxy terminated nitrile rubber(CTBN) could also increase the viscosities of the UP slurry, while plas ticizer as dichloride ethyl phosphate(P1) could decrease the viscosity. PPTA and FUP could greatly shorten the gel times of the slurry and accelerate the polymerization of the UP resin. MMT and CF had impeditive effect on the poly- merization of the UP resin and could prolong the gel times of the slurry;the effects of Sb2O3, ZnO, AI(OH)3, CTBN and Pl on the gel times of the slurry were not obvious.
