摘 要:为了实现DF900D型架桥机整机自助升降通过隧道口并架梁的功能,根据DF900D型架桥机的基本组成及其技术特点,通过采取增加架梁机后支腿升降功能,在架梁机O形后支腿上增加临时用升降支架,增加架梁机辅助支腿的伸缩量等改进措施,实现了运梁车低位驮运架桥机通过隧道、架桥机在隧道出口自助升高架梁的功能。改进后的DF900D架桥机具有穿隧道架设900 t箱梁的功能,满足我国现阶段高速铁路建设向西南山区发展的需要,其转场需2~3 d穿越隧道并复位架梁。To satisfy the requirements of passing through tunnel by self-elevation of whole machine and erecting beams near tunnel entrance and exit,DF900D bridge erecting machine has experienced several improvements including: setting self-elevating function to rear support leg,adding temporary adjustable support to O-shape leg,extending stroke of auxiliary leg based on its basic structure and other technical measures.The improved DF900D machine carried by self-descending beam carrier vehicle can suit well to pass through tunnels and to erect 900 ton beams at tunnel exit after self-elevating.It takes only two to three days to pass tunnel and prepare well to erect beams.Thus the improved DF900D machine possesses many advantages that well meet the demands for high speed railway construction in mountainous areas of southwest China.
