摘  要:以发生在石太线岩会、井南两个变电所两次同性质的故障跳闸为例,对变电所两个供电臂接触网分相处发生短路故障进行理论定性分析及向量图定量分析,找出保护动作、故障标定装置指示不正常的原因,提出判断变电所两个供电臂接触网分相处发生短路故障的有效方法,对微机保护装置生产企业和供电段接触网运行工区的运营维护提出建议。Two fault trips of the same kind occurred in Yanhui and Jingnan substations on Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan railway.The paper carried out theoretical and qualitative analysis and vector diagram quantitative analysis on the short circuit faults occurred on two points of phase segragation along overhead contact line in supply arms in the power substatios.It found out the causes of abnormal operation of relay protection and abnormal calibration device indications.Effective ways were put forward to identify the short-circuit fault trips on two points of phase segragation along overhead contact line in supply arms in the power substation.Suggestions for the operation maintenance are put forward to the computer protection device manufacturer and catenary operation sectors of substations.
