摘　　要：技术本科教育产生于特定的背景下，分析技术本科教育的内涵以及技术本科的人才培养模式，教学方法与手段进行系统分析，提出“打好基础、拓宽口径、注重实践、方向分流、突出能力、提升素质”的人才培养模式建设目标。This paper, based upon the understanding of the connotation of technical undergraduate education, has highlighted some helpful concepts in terms of the talent cultivation mode, as well as teaching methods and assessments. In addition, new ideas have emerged regarding the cultivation of technical talents. Developing a more thorough understanding of basic knowledge and critical skills leads to greater employability and a more diverse orientation. This, in turn, results in the general improvement of students＇ capabilities, and thus, their overall qualities.
