摘　　要：针对国内很多企业对设计知识再利用明显不足的状况,提出一种基于功能知识本体的知识共享方案,开发了一个本体论层次建模框架,提供了丰富的概念用来一致地描述和再利用功能知识。在此框架的基础上开发了一个功能知识共享平台,通过这个平台,可以实现对功能相关知识的检索,并画出了电冰箱的功能分解树。功能分解树可以陈述产品的功能知识,实现对产品功能知识的共享。在制造业中画出一棵具体产品的功能分解树,使得不同设计者对同一产品进行设计时可以很好地理解原始的设计思想,这对产品再设计有一定的借鉴意义。For many domestic enterprises to design knowledge reuse obvious deficiency,a solution of knowledge sharing based on the function ontology was proposed,an ontological hierarchical framework which provided rich concept to describe consistently and reused functional knowledge function was developed.This solution summarizes the framework,and uses it to develop a platform of knowledge sharing based on functional knowledge,through this platform,functional knowledge retrieval was realized,and function decomposition tree was draw out.Function decomposition tree can specify functional knowledge of the product and realize functional knowledge sharing.In the manufacturing,by drawing out a function decomposition tree of specific products,different designers who design the same products could well understand the original design rational,which will have a good guide for redesigning products.
