摘　　要：工程(研究)中心是我国国家创新体系建设中的一个重要环节,加强工程研究中心建设,使之成为国家科技创新架构中最活跃的因子已经成为共识。高等学校的工程(研究)中心建设,作为"工程中心"建设计划的重要组成部分,其建设和运行水平将直接影响到国家创新能力建设的效果,有着非常重要的现实意义。Project（research） center has become an essential part in the construction of creative system in China.It is commonly believed that project center is supposed to be strengthened and enabled to become the most active factor in innovation frame of national science and technology.As an important part of construction plan of research center,the construction operation of project（research） center in universities has a direct effect on the result of national creativity,and is of great practical significance.
