摘　　要：本文探讨了用2,3—二氨基萘荧光测定法测定牛乳、母乳中微量硒的含量。此方法的最低检出限为4.0ng,变异系数为11.0％,回收率为96.7％,用不等量乳汁检出硒含量相近。方法简便,结果稳定准确。In this paper,the method is used for the fluorimetric determination of selenium in milk and breast milk with 2,3-diaminonaphthalene.As little as 4.0 ng selenium in the sample can be estimated out.Coefficients of variation and recoveries are 11.0% and 96.7%.No significant difference in selenium content estimate is found as equal amount of milk is taken for analysis.The method is simple,accurate and stable.
