食管癌术前放疗与术后标本断端残癌关系的研究(附48例报告)

摘　　要：本文对1981年至1983年施行术前放疗与外科综合治疗的48例及同期单一外科治疗的150例中、下段食管癌术后标本的断端残癌进行了研究。结果表明:术前放疗组标本断端发现残癌2例,占4.2％(2/48);单一外科治疗组残癌27例,占18％(27/150)。两组残癌阳性率在统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。表明术前放疗对断端残癌的发生有预防作用。文中对预防断端残癌发生的机制作了探讨。From 1981 to 1983 a total of 48 patients with cancer of middle and low eso- phagus were subjected to combined treatment with preoperative radiation and surgery and the residual cancer at the resected stumps of the esophagus in this group is compared to that in surgery alone in 150 cases.The residual cancer at the resected stumps of the esophagus in the radiation group is 4.2 percent as compared to 18 percent in the nonradiation group.Statistically,there is a significant difference be tween two groups(p<0.05).The result shows that preoperative radiation for esopha- geal carcinoma can prevent the resected stumps of the esophagus from having residual cancer.The mechanisim of preventing the resected stumps of the esophagus from having residual cancer by preoperative radiation is also discussed.
