摘  要:目的检测p33ING1b及p53基因蛋白在脑胶质瘤中的表达及相互关系。方法选取行脑胶质瘤手术切除的新鲜胶质瘤标本40例,应用S-P免疫组织化学方法检测p33ING1b和p53基因蛋白在瘤组织及10例正常组织中的表达,选用秩相关对结果进行分析。结果 40例胶质瘤标本中p33ING1b阳性表达率为77.5%(31/40),正常组织中全部表达阳性(100%);随着肿瘤级别的增高,p33ING1b表达水平下降。p53蛋白的阳性表达率为37.5%(15/40),随着肿瘤级别的增高,p53表达水平也越高。p33ING1b与p53在胶质瘤中的蛋白表达水平呈负相关(r=-0.716,P<0.01)。结论 p33ING1b与p53的表达存在相关性,可能是影响脑胶质瘤发生发展的重要因素。Objective To explore the expression of p33ING1b and p53 gene in brain gliomas and their relationship.Methods Immunohistochemical SP staining was used to examine the expression of p33ING1b and p53 in 40 fresh samples of gliomas and 10 control tissues.The SPSS11.5 was used for statistical analysis.Results The positive rate of p33ING1b expression was 77.5%(31/40) in gliomas and 100% in normal controls.The positive expression rate of p53 was 37.5%(15/40) in gliomas.The expression of p33ING1b decreased with the increase of tumor grade,while p53 expression increased.Labeling index(LI) of p33ING1b expression was negatively correlated with p53 expression in brain glioma.Conclusion In brain glioma,p33ING1b and p53 are negatively correlated,which may play an important role in the occurrence and development of gliomas.
