宫颈癌及癌前病变组织hTERC基因表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨hTERC基因表达与宫颈癌及其癌前病变的关系。[方法]应用荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)检测104例宫颈脱落细胞标本的hTERC基因表达情况,其中79例为宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN),25例为浸润性宫颈癌患者。另有炎症20例作为对照。[结果]hTERC基因在对照组、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ,及宫颈癌组阳性表达分别为5.0%、13.6%、58.5%、75.0%和88.0%,组间表达差异有统计学意义,且呈现随宫颈病变程度的增加,hTERC基因阳性表达率逐渐上升的趋势(趋势χ2=43.726,P=0.000)。[结论]3号染色体上hTERC基因的阳性表达,与宫颈癌的发生发展有密切关系。hTERC基因阳性表达检测对宫颈癌的早诊早治有一定意义。[Purpose] To investigate the relationship between expression of hTERC gene and cervical lesions.[Methods] The expression of hTERC gene was evaluated by FISH determination for 104 samples of cervical exfoliated cells including 79 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,25 cases with cervical cancer.Twenty cases with inflammation as controls were also detected.[Results] Positive rates of hTERC gene expression were 5.0%,13.6%,58.5%,75.0% and 88.0% respectively in controls,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ and cervical cancer groups,with significant difference among the groups（trend χ2=43.726,P=0.000）.[Conclusions] There is close correlation between the carcinogenesis of cervical cancer and expression of chromosme 3 on hTERC gene.Detection of expression of hTERC gene has an important role on early diagnosis and treatment for cervical cancer.
