摘　　要：目的研究胎盘生长因子(PLGF)在乙肝肝硬化组织中的表达及其意义。方法对乙肝肝硬化终末期行肝移植术的切除肝10例和肝移植供体肝组织8例用RT-PCR和免疫组化方法检测PLGF mRNA及蛋白的表达。结果 PLGF mRNA和蛋白在肝硬化组织中有表达,均明显高于正常肝组织中的表达水平,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PLGF在乙肝肝硬化组织中表达增加,不仅参与其中的炎症过程,并且可能在肝硬化向肝癌发展的过程中起重要作用。Objective To investigate expression of placenta growth factor （ PLGF ） in the tissue of hepatic cirrhosis after viral hepatitis type B, and to explore the clinical significance of PLGF. Methods Expression of PLGF mRNA and protein in surgical specimens which including 10 samples of hepatic cirrhosis liver tissue and 8 samples of normal hepatic tissues were detected by RT- PCR and immunohistochemistry respectively. Results Levels of mRNA and protein of PLGF expressed in hepatic cirrhosis liver tissue were higher than those in normal hepatic tissue significantly （ all P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion PLGF which got higher expression in the tissue of hepatic cirrhosis not only take part in the processes of hepatic cirrhosis, hut also possibly play important roles in the processes of tumorigenesis in hepatic cirrhosis liver tissue.
