食用菌菌种引种试验中的问题探讨

摘　　要：中国食用菌产业飞速发展,产销全球第一,北京市食用菌产量平均每年增长50.0%,其中,香菇和平菇占北京市食用菌总产量50.0%以上。菌种质量是影响产业发展的成败,同时也影响着试验效果。在引种试验中存在着多家引种、重复试验、品种名称混乱、菌种退化等问题,着重阐述了菌种引进试验应注意的几个关键问题。With the rapid development of edible fungi in China, the production and marketing of it has gained the first place around the world. The production of edible fungi is increasing by 50.0% per year in Beijing, with a 50.0% proportion of champignon and pleurotus ostreatus. The quality of fungi culture decides the success of the industry development and the experiment results. There are some problems in fungi introduction, such as - introduction from many places, repeated experiment, the perplexity of breed name, and the degeneration of the fungi culture. This thesis illustrate on the key problems we should pay attention on the fungi culture introduction experiment.
