全冠修复治疗磨牙折裂的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨磨牙折裂后经过根管治疗行全冠修复的临床效果。方法选择92例患者的105颗磨牙折裂,完成牙体根管治疗,桩核制作并进行金属全冠或烤瓷全冠修复。结果经过1~5年追踪观察,临床效果良好。105颗患牙中98颗咀嚼功能正常,占93.3%,7例失败,占6.7%。结论对于磨牙折裂的患者,经过完善的根管治疗及全冠修复,最大限度地保存患牙,恢复患牙的形态功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of repairing the fracture teeth. Methods 105 fracture molar teeth in 92 patients ,treated pulp normally fulled and fixed it and then repair the whole coronary. Results Follawed up for 1 -5 years to observe the effect. There＇re 98 cases（occupied 93.3%） better, 7 cases failure （occupied 6.7%） in 105 cases. Conclusion This therapy has the advantages in preserving the defecture tooth, improving masticatory function and comfortable.
