CD44v6在胃癌临床治疗中的意义

摘　　要：目的观察胃癌组织中CD44v6的表达情况,分析CD44v6表达与胃癌转移、预后及治疗的相关性。方法选择2009～2010年就诊我院的60例胃癌手术（Ⅱ～IV期）患者,免疫组化法检测胃癌组织中CD44v6的表达情况,观察CD44v6阳性和CD44v6阴性患者接受FOLFOX4方案后的临床疗效。结果 60例胃癌患者中CD44v6的阳性率为55.00%（33/60）;化疗后CD44v6阴性组和CD44v6阳性组临床有效率分别为37.04%（10/27）、21.21%（7/33）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胃癌组织中CD44v6阳性的患者在化疗后临床疗效差,CD44v6可以作为胃癌患者预后不良的预测指标,指导临床治疗。Objective The aim of this study is to observe the expression of CD44v6 in gastric carcinoma and analysis the relationship of prognosis between CD44v6 expression and metastases in gastric carcinoma preliminarily.Methods From 2009 to 2010,60 patients with gastric carcinoma were studied.The expression of CD44v6 in gastric carcinoma was determined by immunohistochemist ry.Results 60 cases of gastric carcinoma in patient sposition rate of CD44v6 was 55.00 %（33/ 60）.Using standard chemotherapy regimen for CD44v6 ＋ and CD44v6-groups,the rate of clinical efficient was 37.04 %（10/ 27） and 21.21 %（7/33） respectively.There was significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusions Cell adhesion molecule CD44v6 is highly expressed in gastric carcinoma.CD44v6 expression is correlated with a poor prognosis in gastric carcinoma.CD44v6 can,therefore,be utilized as a prognostic marker for this group of patients.
