重庆市中学生饮食行为调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解重庆市中学生的饮食行为,并分析影响学生饮食行为的相关因素,为有针对性地对中学生进行饮食行为教育提供科学依据。方法:采用分层多阶段整群抽样方法,对2 358名中学生的营养知识、态度和饮食行为进行调查,利用非条件Logistics逐步回归分析饮食行为的影响因素。结果:86.64%的中学生存在不良饮食行为习惯,16岁年龄组中男、女生饮食行为差异有统计学意义;多因素Logistic回归分析显示:学生是否住校、营养知识、现在的饮食对成年后的健康状况是否有影响、是否愿意改变不良饮食行为、学习时间、户外活动时间是学生不良饮食行为发生的影响因素,其对应的比值比(Odds ratio,OR)值分别为1.775、1.259、1.718、1.966、0.744、1.209。结论:重庆市中学生不良饮食行为习惯的发生率较高,饮食行为受是否住校、营养知识、现在的饮食对成年后的健康状况是否有影响、是否愿意改变不良饮食行为、学习时间、户外活动时间的影响。Objective：To know the diet behaviors of middle school students in Chongqing and to analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for diet instruction.Methods：A questionnaire survey on nutritional knowledge,attitude and behavior was finished by 2 358 students using stratified and cluster sampling;the effect factors of diet behaviors were analyzed with Logistic regression.Results：86.64% students had bad habits in diet behavior.There was a significant difference in the diet behaviors of male and female at 16 years old.The results of logistic regression showed that living in school or not,nutritional knowledge,current diet behaviors affecting health when grown up or not,willingness to change the bad diet behaviors,learning time,and outdoor activity time were the influencing factors of diet behaviors,whose OR values were 1.775,1.259,1.718,1.966,0.744 and 1.209,respectively.Conclusion：The diet behaviors of middle school students in Chongqing were poor.The influencing factors of the diet behaviors of middle school students in Chongqing include living in school or not,nutritional knowledge,current diet behaviors affecting health when grown up or not,willingness to change the bad diet behaviors or not,learning time and outdoor activity time.
