摘 要:目的探讨预测青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅱ类错男性患者下颌骨生长量的方法。方法选择27名青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅱ类男性患者,对其颈椎骨龄、生长时间、FMA角、下颌角、Y轴角、SGo/Nme比值等与下颌骨综合长、下颌升支长、下颌体长分别进行多元线性回归分析。结果青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅱ类男性患者下颌综合长的增长量与生长时间和FMA角呈正相关关系,与颈椎骨龄呈负相关关系,得出预测方程:Y=9.743+0.182 X1+9.35×10-2X2-0.103 X3(R2=0.618)。Y:Co-Gn的增长量,X1:生长时间,X2:FMA角,X3:颈椎骨龄。结论此预测方程可以对青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅱ类男性下颌骨生长量的预测起参考作用。Objective To investigate a method for predicting mandibular growth potential in skeletal Class II males dm'ing adolescent growth spurt. Methods Twenty-seven skeletal Class II malocclusion males who were in adolescence growth spurt before treatment were selected in the study. The multiple regression method was performed. Results The growth potential of mandibular total length was significantly related to growth time, the angle of FMA and cervical vertebral bone age. The predicting formula was Y = 9. 743 + 0. 182 X1 + 9. 35 × 10^-2 X2 - 0. 103 X3 ( R2 = 0. 618 ). Conclusion The formula may serve as a reference for the prediction of the growth potential of mandible in skeletal Class II males during adolescent growth spurt.
