摘　　要：目的检测肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中P120ctn的表达与NF-κB活性,分析二者联系及与临床病理因素间的关系。方法采用免疫组化法和Western blot技术分别检测50例HCC中P120ctn的表达及NF-κB活性。结果在HCC中有高比例的NF-κB的激活和P120ctn表达下调(分别为72%和66%);NF-κB的激活与P120ctn表达下调密切相关(r=0.399,P<0.05);二者均与HCC的血管侵犯、有无卫星灶、包膜形成等相关(P<0.05)。结论 HCC中存在较高比例的P120ctn表达下调和NF-κB的活性增高,二者有相关性,且均与HCC恶性程度有关。Objective To detect the p120ctn expression and NF-κB activation in hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） and analyze their relation with the clinicopathological factors for HCC.Methods NF-κB activation and p120ctn expression in 50 patients with HCC were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting,respectively.Results The NF-κB activation was up-regulated while the p120ctn expression was down-regulated in HCC（72% vs 66%）.The NF-κB activation was closely related with the down-regulated p120ctn expression（r=0.399,P0.05）.The NF-κB activation and p120ctn expression were related with the blood vessel invasion,satellite foci and tumor encapsulation（P0.05）.Conclusion The up-regulated NF-κB activation is related with the down-regulated p120ctn expression in HCC as well as with the malignancy severity of HCC.
