摘  要:以铁屑压块为炉料,采用中频感应电炉熔炼生产厚大灰铁件,加工后出现一种裂纹状缺陷,经分析排除了缩松、渣孔,确认为析出性气孔,并对其产生的原因进行了分析。采取严格炉料管理、铁液升温至1 500~1 520℃静置5 min、控制铁屑压块用量不超过30%的措施,完全消除了该缺陷。A kind of crack like defect on the machined large sized and thick wall castings produced by induction furnace with scrap iron as raw a material,was analyzed.It was proved to be separate blowhole and not as dispersed shrinkage or slag inclusion.Based on this confirmation,some technical measures were taken such as properly controlling the percentage of scrap block under 30% and raising taping temperature to 1 500~1 520 ℃ and static holding for 5 min before pouring,the defect of separate blowhole was completely eliminated.
