摘　　要：化疗可能导致女性患者卵巢功能损伤,甚至导致卵巢早衰和不孕,需要采取措施保护绝经前女性患者的卵巢和生育功能。本文对促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)类似物;卵巢组织,卵母细胞及胚胎的冰冻保存等保护措施方面的研究进展进行综述。Chemotherapy may lead to damage of the ovarian and even cause premature ovarian failure and infertility. So it is necessary to protect the ovarian and fertility function in premenopausal patients who receive chemotherapy. This paper reviews the recent literatures and mainly focuses on GnRH analogues, ovarian tissue, oocytes and embryo cryopreservation.
