摘　　要：成釉细胞瘤是口腔科最常见的牙源性良性肿瘤,具有局部侵袭性的特点且术后极其容易复发。目前调节成釉细胞瘤的细胞增殖和侵袭等生物学行为的机制尚未明确。研究其侵袭性的发生机理对于阐明其生物学行为及探索该疾病新的治疗方法等方面均具有重要意义。Ameloblastomas are the most frequentily odontogenic epithelial tumors,and are usually considered to benign.They are locally invasive and easiil recurrent.The molecular mechanisms that regulat the growth and invasion of ameloblastoma cells are unknown up to now.Researches on the molecular mechanism of invasion can help us to know its biologic behavior and to prove clinical treatment.
