摘  要:目的观察外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清Mg2+及NSE水平的变化。方法络合指示剂法和免疫抑制法检测50例外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者发病24h内、第3、7天血清Mg2+及NSE浓度水平并与对照组比较。结果外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者外周血中Mg2+及NSE浓度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Mg2+及NSE参与外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血的病理生理过程,其测定对于早期评估其严重程度有重要的临床参考意义。Objective To study dynamically the serum Mg2+ and NSE levels in patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods To measure the serum NSE levels at l,3,7d after onset of tSAH in 50 patients(Mg2+-complexometric indicator method,NSEgreen method).Results The serum Mg2+ and NSE levels in patients with tSAH were higher than the normal controls(P0.05).Conclusion Mg2+ and NSE were involved in the pathological process of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage.Determination of their plasma contents were of clinical importance for evolution of the severity of injury.
