摘　　要：目的:评价HIV-1/2抗体口腔快速检测仪检测艾滋病病毒Ⅰ/Ⅱ型(HIV-1/2)抗体的敏感性和特异性,及其与血液HIV-1/2抗体检测试剂的一致性。方法:使用HIV-1/2抗体口腔快速检测仪采集并检测已知HIV感染者37例及我院性病门诊就诊患者391例口腔外牙龈黏膜渗出液(OMT)标本,同时使用ELISA检测上述人群的血清标本HIV-1/2抗体。结果:37例已知感染者口腔外牙龈黏膜渗出液及血液标本检测均为阳性;391例就诊患者中血液样本呈阳性2例,口腔外牙龈黏膜渗出液呈阳性1例。结果不同的病例1例,后经WesternBlot试验确认为阴性。该HIV-1/2抗体口腔快速检测仪的敏感性为100%,特异性为100%,与ELISA检测的一致性为99.77%。结论:HIV-1/2抗体口腔快速检测仪检测HIV-1/2抗体结果与现行的血液ELISA检测相近。其特有的无创安全、简捷易用的特点适用于不愿或不宜采血人群、艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)门诊和自行检测等,也适用于医疗机构,可有效降低艾滋病职业暴露的风险。Objective To assess the sensitivity and specificity of Rapid HIV-1/2 Antibody Test Used Oral Fluid for HIV-1/2 antibodies testing in human oral mucosal transudate（OMT） specimens,and compare the consistency to the test reagent for HIV-1/2 antibody testing in blood specimens.Methods Paired serum and OMT specimens were collected from 37 cases known as HIV-infected sufferers and 391 cases of doctors’ office visiting in the skin＆venereal division outpatients.OMT specimens were collected and tested by Rapid HIV-1/2 Antibody Test Used Oral Fluid.Serum specimens were tested using ELISA technique.Results All serum and OMT specimens collected from HIV-infected cases showed positive reactions.Two serum specimens from the outpatients showed positive reactions,one paired OMT specimen showed same positive reaction and the other showed negative reaction by Western Blot method.The sensitivity of the OMT test was 100% and the specificity was 100% too.Comparison of the Rapid HIV-1/2 Antibody Test Used Oral Fluid with the ELISA kit showed an overall correspondence rate of 99.77%.Conclusion The Rapid HIV-1/2 Antibody Test Used Oral Fluid has high sensitivity and specificity,the results were coordinated with ELISA kits.As a noninvasive collector,this technique is recommended for HIV antibody screening
