摘　　要：目的探讨显微手术治疗矢状窦旁脑膜瘤(PSM)的方法与疗效。方法回顾性分析自2005年1月～2010年1月显微手术治疗32例矢状窦旁脑膜瘤的临床资料。结果 Simpson Ⅰ级切除22例,SimpsonⅡ级切除6例,SimpsonⅢ级切除4例。术后随访4～24个月,平均18个月,恢复良好,无手术死亡病例及复发。结论利用显微外科手术技术、良好的手术暴露、有效地控制和减少术中出血、妥善处理上矢状窦(SSS),保护好中央沟静脉以及避免脑重要功能区的损伤是达到良好预后的关键。Objective To investigate the methods of microsurgical treatment and operative effects of parasagittal meningiomas （ PSM ）. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with PSM treated by microsurgery from Jan, 2005 to Jan, 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results According to Simpson grading, 22 were Simpson I resection, 6 Simpson II and 4 Simpson III. The follow-up period ranged from 4 to 24 months （mean 18 months ）. All the patients recovered well. There was no postoperative death and recurrence. Conclusion Using microsurgical techniques, adequate surgical exposure, efficient management of operative bleeding, protection and replacement of the superior sagittal sinus （SSS） and avoidance of damage to the brain tissues are very important factors to improve curative effect.
