摘 要:目的:探讨体内微量元素(钙、铜、铁、锌)的水平与亚健康的关系。方法:从该院体检中心体检人群中抽取研究对象,筛选出亚健康人群380例(亚健康组)和健康体检者220例(正常对照组)。用原子吸收法对600例研究个体进行血清微量元素(钙、铜、铁、锌)测定,并分析血清微量元素水平与亚健康的关系。结果:亚健康者体内钙、铜、铁、锌水平分别为(73.6±13.2)mg/L、(0.98±0.26)mg/L、(1.89±0.37)mg/L、(0.55±0.15)mg/L,健康体检者钙、铜、铁、锌水平分别为(95.3±18.7)mg/L、(1.07±0.25)mg/L、(1.96±0.32)mg/L、(1.02±0.17)mg/L,亚健康组钙、锌结果较正常对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而铜、铁结果两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:亚健康人群存在着不同程度的钙、锌缺乏,合理补充微量元素,注意均衡饮食对预防亚健康有着重要的意义。Objective: To investigate the relationship between the trace elements (Ca, Cu, Fe, Zn) and sub-health population. Methods: The level of Ca, Cu, Fe and Zn in 380 sub-health group and 220 health control group were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. Meanwhile the relationship between deficiency of the serum trace elements and sub-health state was analyzed. Results: The concentration of Ca, Cu, Fe and Zn in sub-health group were(73.6±13.2)mg/L, (0.98± 0,26) mg/L, (1.89±0.37) mg/L and (0.55±0.15) mg/L, while that in health control group were (95.3±18.7) mg/L, (1.07±0.25) mg/L, (1.96±0.32) mg/L and (1.02±0.17) mg/L. The level of Ca and Zn in sub-health group were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.01). No significant difference showed in the level of Cu and Fe between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The calcium and zinc deficiency have been demonstrated in sub-health population. Reasonable supplement of trace element and balanced diet is important for preventing from sub-health state.
