中日企业竞争情报收集、利用与保护工作浅探

摘　　要：在激烈的市场竞争中,企业要想赢得竞争优势,就必须充分利用竞争情报。针对目前我国企业竞争情报工作落后的现状,分别从情报收集、利用、保护三方面通过实例介绍日本企业的情报工作,与我国企业情报在相应环节的工作现状作对比,总结日本企业的成功经验,指出我国企业情报工作的薄弱之处,以此认识差距,明确今后努力的方向,并对我国企业的竞争情报工作提出几点意见。In the fierce market competition, enterprises must make full use of competitive intelligence to gain a competitive edge. As the weak situation of enterprise competitive intelligence in China now, by introducing Japanese enterprise competitive intelligence achievements via some examples from the three aspects of information collection, information utilization and information protection, compared with current intelligence work situations in our country, some successful experiences in Japanese enterprises are summarized and weaknesses in our country＇ s enterprises are pointed out, aiming at identifying the gap between ours and the advanced countries to make it clear for our future ＇ s intelligence development and offer several proposals for our country＇ s intelligence achievement.
