摘　　要：以小型数控滚齿机为研究对象,基于UG NX4.0平台,详细介绍三维建模、虚拟装配以及运动仿真在机床设计中的应用。实践证明该小型数控滚齿机运行状况良好,能满足生产及教学实验需求。The small NC gear hob machine was taken for the object. Based on UG NX4.0 platform,the application of 3D model- ing, virtual assembly and motion simulation in machine tool design was introduced in details. It has been proved that the small NC ＇ gear hob machine is operating wall and it can meet the need of the product and teaching experiment.
